If you order the wrong ring size, we offer resizing services for most rings, within a few sizes up or down. For significant size changes, we can either resize or exchange the ring, depending on the design.

If you're unsure about the size, especially for a surprise proposal, your first resize is free within 30 days. Please note, some designs like full-set diamond eternity rings cannot be resized and will need to be exchanged or remade.

Yes, once your purchased diamond arrives at our showroom, you have the option to view it before it is set in your chosen piece of jewellery. You can arrange a private viewing by booking an appointment with our jewellery specialist, or we can send high-resolution images and videos to ensure you are satisfied with your selection.

In jewellery manufacturing, precious metals like gold, platinum, and palladium are rarely used in their pure form. To enhance strength and colour, they are alloyed with other metals. Since alloy composition cannot be detected by sight, we have all our gold, platinum, and palladium jewellery independently tested and hallmarked before sale.

Items below 1 gram (gold and palladium) and below 0.5 grams (platinum) are exempt from hallmarking.
