Our lead time is 2-3 weeks in general (for most of our jewellery products). Custom / bespoke designs may take longer depending on the complexity. As we are unable to tell by sight what an alloy consists of, all our gold, platinum and palladium jewellery is independently tested and hallmarked before sale.
Articles under 1 gram (gold & palladium) and under 0.5 grams (platinum) are exempt from hallmarking.

Engraved bracelets are final sale. If you need to resize your bracelets, the engraving will have to be redone. We suggest you not opt for the engraving until you are completely sure about your size.
