The 'Order Now' stage sets out the final details of your order. Following this, we will send to you an 'Acknowledgement of Purchase' email detailing the transaction and goods you have purchased.
If you do not know your ring size please select “Not Known”, and we will make the ring a standard size ring (between L-M). Once you have received the ring and are able to determine the correct ring size, you can return the ring back to us for one free re-size within the first 30 days. Rings returned after the first 30 days for a resize will incur a charge, unless an exception has been agreed by prior arrangement.
By clicking the 'Confirm Order' button to submit your order on the checkout screen you are agreeing to purchase goods at the price stated at the time of ordering.
A binding contract is formed only when you receive confirmation from us that your order has been accepted.
In considering your payment we will verify your ID via Global Pay using their Address Verification Service and Card Verification Code provision. These services sit alongside Global pay’s Fraud Prevention Service and provide a mechanism for checking the authenticity of a transaction by comparing information entered by the shopper during the payment process, with details held by the card issuer. It is therefore important that you give us accurate and up to date information when processing your order.
On occasion, we may ask you to provide two forms of additional ID in the form of a valid UK Driving Licence or a valid Passport AND a current utility bill.
As we offer over 100,000 diamonds, it is possible that data (such as prices) may be inaccurately displayed on our website due to a system or typographical error. While we make every attempt to minimise the occurrence of such errors, we cannot guarantee they will not occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors as they occur and we do not honour sales based on inaccurate or erroneous prices. Should the listed price be lower than its actual price, we will attempt to contact you before shipping the product and then, based on your instructions, we will either cancel the order or charge you the revised amount. If the order has already been shipped, by these terms you agree to either return the product or pay the difference between the actual and charged prices. Divour Diamond prices are also subject to change without prior notice. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause; our prices are affected by the worldwide supply and demand of precious metals and gems and changes are often abrupt and unexpected.
Your payment details are entered online following the placement of your Order and then proceeding to conduct the 'Check Out' process, either by Debit/Credit Card (Global Pay), Paypal
For all UK Orders we accept all major credit and debit cards, BACS transfer, CHAPS transfer. Cash payments are limited to £10,000.
If payment is made by BACS the prices indicated on the order are guaranteed for 1 week whilst the payment is being processed. After this time the order value may be subject to revision. The order will not be processed until funds have cleared and will be subject to availability.
Title to any goods purchased on this website shall pass to you on delivery of the goods provided that we have processed and received cleared funds in full for the goods.
All prices stated on the website include VAT (where applicable) at the applicable current rates but exclude delivery charges, unless expressly stated. You are responsible for such delivery charges, which will be confirmed in the Dispatch Confirmation.
Overseas customers are responsible for any customs fees or import tax duties.
At any time prior to Dispatch Confirmation, Divour Diamonds may at its sole discretion, for reasons of availability or otherwise, terminate its agreement with you in respect of any particular Goods and in such case it will in full and final settlement of any claims you might have return any monies received from you, within 30 days of receipt of such monies, to your nominated account.
Divour Diamonds may at its sole discretion refuse or cancel your order, in which case Divour Diamonds shall return any monies received from you, within 14 days of receipt of such monies via your original payment method. You will only own the goods once we have received cleared funds in full. Until such time goods remain the property of Divour Diamonds. In the unlikely event that you receive goods you have not paid for and you are requested by Divour Diamonds to return the same, you must do so immediately without delay.
We offer free worldwide delivery to all customers. We use Royal Mail special delivery for deliveries in the UK and Fed Ex for all other countries.
Delivery timescales are specified when you place an order. We make every effort to deliver goods within this timescale, however Divour Diamond shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales.
Risk of loss and damage of products passes to you the customer once the products have been delivered. Goods are deemed to be delivered, when delivered at your delivery address or collected from the address indicated by the delivering agent and not when delivered to you personally. The delivery address is provided by you when placing the order. It is very important you check the delivery address provided by you. Divour Diamond will not accept any liability for delivery to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If your require products to be shipped to a different address than you billing address we are happy to do this, however due to our strict security checks we require you to provide 2 forms of ID from the following list: ID 1 - passport or driving licence. ID 2 - utility bill, household bill, bank statement or tax statement.
International delivery destinations may be subject to import duties, administration charges and taxes which are applied when the delivery reaches that destination. Please note that we have no control over these charges, and we cannot predict their amount. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties, administration charges and taxes. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
We offer a 30 day return policy on most of our items subject to the following terms.
All returned items must be in their original, unused and brilliant condition.
All items must be returned with their full original packaging with full documentation including certificates. Any items returned without their certificates (if applicable) will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Non-return of the certificate will be charged at £350 for a replacement certificate and you may be charged an additional replacement cost for packaging and any other collateral material
All products must be returned within 30 days of your order's delivery date. Items received beyond the 30 days return period will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
The 30 days return policy will not apply in the case were two or more items have been bought with the intention of returning one or more.
The 30 days return policy does not apply to bespoke products or If the product has been engraved.
Any Items received beyond the 30-day return period, will not be eligible for the 30 days return policy.
On receipt of returns, all items are fully inspected and subjected to authentication and verification by Divour Diamond. If you wish to return an item please contact us first and we will provide you with further instructions.
The postage cost of returning any item is the responsibility of the customer. It is the customers responsibility to insure any return deliveries for the full value.
Divour Diamond is not responsible for any damages or lost packages during shipment. We recommend you return all packages using Royal Mail special delivery for UK customers or Fed Ex for international customers and insure the package for the full amount. For security reasons we strongly recommend you do not write the name ' Divour Diamond on any packages and instead write ' Divour Diamonds.
We understand that customers often get the ring size wrong. Therefore, we offer a free ring resizing service for your first resize within 90 days of receiving your order. Any additional resizes or after 90 days will be charged at £40 including VAT.
Postage costs incurred in sending an item to us is the responsibility of the customer, however we will send the ring back to you free of charge.
It is the customers responsibility to insure any return deliveries for the full amount. Divour Diamonds is not responsible for any damages or lost packages during shipment.
If your item has been engraved, your engraving may fade in the resizing process, so it will need to be engraved again.
Some rings can only be resized within an existing available size range.
Please note full eternity rings due to their design cannot be resized. It is therefore very important when purchasing full eternity rings to make sure you have the correct size.
You agree that Divour Diamond may modify these Terms and Conditions and any other policies on the website at any time and that by posting the changed or modified Terms and Conditions or policies on the website will constitute enough notice of such modification.
